Role Description The Planning Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving strategic and operational planning across PInterview’s products and services. This role oversees the development and execution of short- and long-term plans for platform growth, user engagement, and market expansion. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and competitive analyses, identifying new opportunities and user segments, and aligning planning initiatives with the company’s mission and business goals.

The Planning

Director collaborates with product, marketing,



and operations teams to prioritize initiatives, define key performance indicators, and monitor outcomes. The role also involves refining processes, optimizing resource allocation, and preparing clear reports and recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Planning and Strategic Planning skills to design and implement effective roadmaps and initiatives.

Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to interpret data, evaluate options, and support evidence-based decisions.

Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Experience in online platforms, edtech, or career services, and familiarity with interview preparation processes are beneficial.

Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Background in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
