Role Description The Placement Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for connecting learners with relevant job and internship opportunities in the technology and AI ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, understanding their talent requirements, and matching candidates to suitable roles based on skills and career goals. The role involves coordinating placement drives, managing interview schedules, and supporting candidates through the application, selection, and onboarding processes.

Executive will also gather feedback from employers, track placement outcomes, and collaborate with training and curriculum teams to align learning programs with market needs. This position requires proactive outreach, clear communication with learners and organizations, and consistent reporting on placement metrics and employer engagement.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Job Placements, including employer outreach, role mapping, and candidate-job matching.

Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills to build trust with learners, hiring partners, and internal teams.

Candidates should possess transparent and skilled Communication skills for calls, emails, presentations, and documentation.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to support learners throughout the placement lifecycle and handle queries effectively.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills to guide learners on interview preparation, resume building, and career readiness.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related fields are beneficial.

Experience in campus placements, talent acquisition, career services, or recruitment within tech or education domains is an advantage.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, use CRM or placement management tools, and analyze placement data for continuous improvement.
