Role Description The Placement Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Pune District, responsible for supporting learners in securing relevant job opportunities in the healthcare and clinical research sectors. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with employers and recruitment partners, sharing suitable openings with learners, and managing placement-related communication. The role involves organizing mock interviews, facilitating resume reviews, and conducting pre-placement orientations or workshops to enhance learners’ job readiness.

The Placement

Coordinator maintains placement records, tracks outcomes, and prepares reports,



while consistently engaging with learners to understand their career goals and provide guidance. Collaboration with faculty and the academic team to align training outcomes with industry requirements is also a key part of the role. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively engage with learners, faculty, and hiring partners.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive support, address learner queries, and ensure a positive placement experience.

Candidates should possess Education-related skills, including familiarity with training or academic environments and understanding of healthcare or clinical research careers.

Candidates should possess Recruiting skills to source opportunities, liaise with employers, screen profiles, and coordinate the selection process.
