Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university. A qualified with 10+ years of piping engineering experience, Minimum 5 projects experience as piping stress engineer in EPC firms
- Complete the work as a Piping Stress Engineer for oil refinery projects, LNG plant projects, and/or gas processing plant projects: 2. PJ coordination in terms of stress analysis with client, other disciplines, piping layout engineers, engineering subcontractors etc...
- Piping stress analysis as per relevant international codes and/or project specifications/guidelines
- Control status and schedule for piping stress analysis activities
- Check subcontractor’s engineering products
- Prepare work instructions and procedures for stress analysis
- Review vendor’s drawing

Iso drawing in terms of piping stress analysis
- Piping support design Requirements
- Knowledge of ASME B31.3 and other codes and standards such as ASME, API, MSS, NEMA etc...' 2. CAESAR II operation skills.
- Navisworks operation skills.
- Review and Analysis of piping systems connected to Pumps, Compressors, Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Air fin coolers, columns, Heaters, Coke drums, Tanks, Pressure vessels, Ejectors, Plate exchangers, Aluminium brazed plate exchangers, Jacketed Piping, PSV’s,
Underground Piping systems etc.
- Support selection & developing special/miscellaneous piping support arrangements based on requirements of stress analysis.
- Support strength verification for standard supports and special supports.
- Preparation of index of Stress Critical Line List, stress Analysis reports and Documentation.

Document review and commenting for mechanical specialty items.

Preparing Structural Loading
Data for Racks, Structures, Air cooler super structures etc.
Platform
Loading for Equipment’s.
- Preparation of the Specifications/Datasheets for springs, expansion Joints, struts, Snubbers, sway brace & other specialty items.
- Flange leakage analysis
- Module/FPSO sea transportation analysis considering wave motion.
- Fatigue analysis of piping system for module/FPSO.

- Fundamental IT knowledge (Virtual Machine, Cloud, RPA, Machine Learning, etc) • Fundamental IT skill e.g. Coding experience of Win API (Application Programming Interface), Microsoft VBA, VBScript, Python, C# etc)
- Engineering data management and interface skill with engineering software
