Job Description – GSA – F&B; Service

Position: Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B; Service
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: F&B; Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and qualified food and beverage service to guests while maintaining the hotel’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to guests in a polite and qualified manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Set up and explicit tables as per hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
Explain menu items and assist guests with their selections when required.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.




Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper billing and payment procedures are followed.
Maintain adequate stock of service items and report shortages to the supervisor.
Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and food safety standards.
Support the team during events, banquets, and busy service periods.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 per month
