We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Audit & Accounts Executive to handle statutory audits, bookkeeping, GST compliance, and financial reporting for our clients. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and audit procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit Work
Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits
Verification of books of accounts, vouchers, and supporting documents
Preparation of audit working papers and reports
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain books of accounts in Tally/other accounting software
Preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow)
Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
GST & Taxation
Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with books
Basic knowledge of Income Tax and TDS compliance
Compliance & Documentation
ROC filings and other statutory compliance
Handling client queries and coordination
Maintaining proper documentation and records
Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of accounting standards and auditing concepts
Working knowledge of GST and TDS
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Office
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and time management
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / CA/CMA Inter (preferred)
Articleship or relevant experience is an advantage
