Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and journal entries.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare GST workings and assist in filing GST returns.
Process TDS calculations and statutory compliances.
Assist in payroll accounting and salary reconciliation.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com),



Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax provisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, etc.).
Familiarity with accounting standards and financial reporting.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
