Reports to: DevOps / Cloud Engineer | Engagement: Full time,; immediate availability preferred
Role purpose: Front-line bilingual application support for government platforms under ITIL-aligned, severity-based (P1–P4) service models.
Key responsibilities:
▪ Operate client-visible ticketing portals; meet stringent P1 response targets during stabilisation periods.
▪ Triage, resolve or escalate incidents; maintain known-error databases and monthly SLA reporting inputs.
▪ Support DR exercises, patching windows, and release smoke tests.
▪ Provide in office floor-walking support during go-live periods.
Qualifications & certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation mandatory; Azure fundamentals advantageous.
Experience & languages: 4+ years application support for government platforms; English mandatory.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
