Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer with strong expertise in Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and Service Mapping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, along with solid scripting and integration capabilities.

Technical Requirements
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and ITOM modules
Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB management, and CSDM
Hands-on experience with MID Servers and IntegrationHub
Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as Splunk and SolarWinds
Experience integrating with AWS, Azure, and GCP
Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and Firewalls
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure,



and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions
Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management modules
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
Manage and enhance CMDB while ensuring CSDM compliance, data integrity, normalization, and reconciliation
Build automation workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, JavaScript, and PowerShell
Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM, Discovery, and platform performance issues
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
Prepare technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITOM)
ITIL V3/V4 Certification

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
