C2D Solutions Pte Ltd is looking for skilled and motivated BIM Modelers – MEP to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The successful candidates will work on Singapore-based MEP BIM projects and gain exposure to international BIM standards and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit
Model HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical building services
Prepare BIM models, shop drawings and construction/coordination drawings
Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks
Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural models
Follow project BIM standards, workflows and naming conventions
Work with BIM Coordinators, Engineers and project teams
Review models and drawings for accuracy and constructability
Support model updates based on design changes and site requirements

Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in BIM / MEP modelling
Valuable working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP
Experience in one or more disciplines: HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing or Electrical




Knowledge of Navisworks / clash detection
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage
Ability to understand MEP drawings and engineering layouts
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
