Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to on boarding.
Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring requirements.
Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company websites.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and organizational fit.
Conduct reference and background checks where required.
Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation within company guidelines.
Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Pay: ₹14,346.19 - ₹25,987.31 per month
