This role will be responsible for B2B Collection, B2B Customer Account Reconciliation, Dispute Resolution and Collection Accounting.
1.OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Invoice Submission to the corporate customer
Invoice tracking
Dispute resolution
B2B Customer Collection Follow ups
Dispute resolution.
Compliance with the defined SOP
Meeting targets
Ownership for
Reports, as per project requirements
Timely intimation for any observation to the stakeholders.
Internal (i.e., colleagues, other business units)
Team members – BD
Work closely with the respective team leads
External (Clients)
Client’s SPOC.

Effective Communication
Positive knowledge of MS Suit

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
