Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, and machining centers.
Load raw materials and secure workpieces in machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Input, adjust, and monitor machine programs and settings.
Measure and inspect finished parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems.
Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
Maintain production records and documentation.
Required Skills
Minimum 6 month to 1 year experience
Knowledge of CNC machinery and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with measuring and inspection tools.
Basic understanding of G-code and machine programming.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
High school diploma/ITI or equivalent.
Technical or vocational training in machining/CNC operations preferred.
Previous experience operating CNC equipment is often required.
Knowledge of machining materials such as metals and plastics.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
