Role Overview

We're hiring a full-time Accountant & Procurement Manager to own financial tracking and raw material procurement across all properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently across multiple sites, not a back-office desk job.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting
Track and reconcile all payments (UPI accounts, bank, and cash) across every property daily
Prepare monthly P&L; statements for each property individually, plus a consolidated portfolio view
Maintain and update the internal financial tracking spreadsheet/system
Handle vendor payment processing and follow-ups
Support GST filing, TDS compliance, and coordination with the external CA/auditor
Flag cost overruns, revenue gaps, or unusual expense patterns per property

Procurement
Manage procurement of raw materials and consumables (F&B;, housekeeping, maintenance supplies) across all properties
Source and negotiate with vendors/suppliers; maintain a vendor list with pricing and reliability notes




Track inventory levels per property and raise purchase orders proactively
Ensure procurement costs are logged against the correct property for accurate P&L;

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com or equivalent); semi-qualified CA/CMA a plus
36 years of experience in accounting, ideally across hospitality, F&B;, or multi-location retail
Working knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books or similar accounting software, plus strong Excel skills
Prior procurement or vendor management experience preferred
Willing to travel between ECR properties regularly; own two-wheeler preferred
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision across sites
