Job Summary

IWA Memorial Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure statutory compliance, prepare financial reports, and support the hospital's day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience in healthcare finance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Record and reconcile financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Assist with payroll accounting and financial audits.
Verify hospital billing, insurance claims, and patient revenue.
Coordinate with internal departments on financial matters.




Ensure compliance with accounting standards and hospital financial policies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA are an added advantage.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST/TDS).
Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
