We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with prior dealership experience. The candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting processes, taxation, payment management, and documentation related to machine sales. The ideal candidate should be able to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
Handle GST and TDS calculations, filings, and related compliance.
Process vendor payments and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
Manage LIPL payments and maintain proper accounting records.
Handle approvals and process various business-related claims.
Maintain and process machine-related documentation accurately.
Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting and documentation requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Support audit activities and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills




Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Experience in dealership accounting is mandatory.
Knowledge of payment processing and vendor follow-up.
Experience in handling LIPL payments and account management.
Ability to manage approvals and claim processing.
Knowledge of machine documentation processes.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (BUSY/Tally/ERP preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Com or M.Com graduate.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience in an automobile/heavy equipment dealership.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
