AGM/DGM Construction (Commercial Real Estate) | Ludhiana
Lead end-to-end construction execution of commercial real estate projects.
Ensure project delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
Supervise RCC, finishing, MEP, and fit-out works at site.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Control project costs, contractor billing, and budget utilization.




Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
Manage contractor performance, work orders, and contractual compliance.
Drive quality assurance initiatives and implementation of best construction practices.
Prepare MIS reports and project status updates for management review.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Liaise with local authorities and regulatory agencies for approvals and compliance.
