Assistant General Manager (AGM) Finance & Accounts

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive AGM – Finance & Accounts to oversee the finance and accounting function for our manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Manufacturing/FMCG, with expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, banking, audits, statutory compliance, and SAP ERP.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations, ensuring timely month-end and year-end financial closure.
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and financial accounting.
Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability reporting.
Manage banking, cash flow, fund flow, treasury, and working capital.
Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits while ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Ensure strong internal controls and process improvements through SAP ERP.
Partner with Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain,



and Operations to support business decisions and cost optimization.

Candidate Profile
CA
6–8 years of experience in Manufacturing or FMCG.
Strong expertise in AP, AR, Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Budgeting, Banking, Audit, Taxation, and MIS.
Hands-on experience with SAP
Good understanding of manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
