About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career path. You will be responsible for counseling leads, explaining our training programs, handling admissions, and ensuring an excellent student experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, video calls, and in-person meetings.
Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, fees, and admission process.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, referrals, and walk-ins.
Convert qualified leads into admissions while maintaining high ethical standards.
Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for a smooth onboarding process.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Build solid relationships with students and parents by providing timely support.
Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional events whenever required.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.




Strong counseling and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in admission counseling, education sales, EdTech, or inside sales.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the EdTech or education industry.
Knowledge of Data Analytics, Data Science, or IT courses is an added advantage.
