Location: Kharghar , Navi Mumbai

Salary: 25,000 per month

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in BMS or B.Com
Freshers are welcome to apply. ( Female Candidates Preferred )

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students about Ritu Academy's academic programs and career opportunities.
Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, student inquiries, and follow-ups.
Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status.
Achieve counseling and admission targets while delivering an excellent student experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Robust interpersonal, presentation, and convincing skills.
Confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduates in BMS or B.Com .
Candidates residing in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Panvel, or Ulwe will be preferred.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm to build a career in the education sector.
