Role & responsibilities
Conduct verification of candidate/vendor credentials including ID proofs, education, criminal records, and address checks.
Maintain accurate and real-time trackers and master logs.
Meet productivity and quality benchmarks as per business KPIs.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client requirements.
Adapt quickly to process updates and communicate progress effectively to supervisors

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of IT systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
