Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at Crack-ED, you will play a crucial role in connecting learners with life-changing career prospects. You will be the first point of contact for aspiring candidates and a key link between students, hiring corporates, and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with candidates through leads to explain the program and align them for interviews.
Ensure timely coordination and follow-ups for corporate interviews.
Track post-interview candidature to ensure selections convert into revenue.
Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates aligned to client expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
