They meet with clients to discuss project goals, manage budgets, create detailed blueprints using CAD software, and oversee construction sites to make sure work follows safety rules and building codes.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient collaboration:

Meet clients to define project needs, styles, and budgets.Design & drafting: Create 2D and 3D drawings, floor plans, and conceptual models using software like AutoCAD or Revit.Regulatory compliance: Ensure all designs follow local zoning laws, safety rules, and building codes.Team coordination: Work alongside structural engineers, contractors, and project managers.Site visits:



Inspect active construction sites to monitor progress and solve technical problems.

Requirements & QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.Licensing: Valid architectural license or registration as required by local governance.Software skills: Strong proficiency in CAD, BIM (Revit), and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp).Communication: Transparent presentation skills and solid problem-solving abilities.
