Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter – US IT Staffing

Location: Visakhapatnam

Shift: US Shift (typically 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST or similar, EST/CST overlap)

Experience: 1–5 years (varies by level: Junior/Senior)

Role Summary The Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for marketing "bench" consultants (H1B, OPT/CPT, GC, USC, EAD, TN visa holders) to end clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners across the US, with the goal of placing them on active projects as quickly as possible.

Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants daily to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients through job portals, hotlists, and personal network
Build and maintain a solid network of vendors/prime vendors and update the vendor database regularly
Post consultant profiles on job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, TechFetch, etc.) and broadcast hotlists via email
Understand consultant skill sets, visa status, and location preferences to match them with relevant requirements
Negotiate rates (C2C, W2, 1099) with vendors/clients and finalize submissions
Coordinate interview schedules between consultants and clients/vendors
Follow up on submissions, track candidate status,



and maintain regular communication with consultants until placement
Prepare and submit resumes as per client/vendor formatting requirements
Maintain ATS/tracking sheets with daily submission and marketing reports
Handle rate confirmations, PO details, and coordinate with the accounts/timesheet team post-placement

Required Skills
Robust understanding of US Tax Terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and Visa Types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD, TN)
Experience with job portals: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, TechFetch, Indeed
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (voice-heavy role)
Ability to work independently under target pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of MS Office/Excel and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Prior experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing preferred

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1+ years of proven bench sales experience with a track record of successful placements
Existing vendor network is a robust plus

Compensation
Base salary + incentives/commission per placement (industry-standard structure)

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
