As we continue to expand globally, we're looking for a passionate, target-driven, and consultative AI Education & Career Consultant to help prospective learners make informed career decisions and enroll in our AI programs.

What You'll Do;
Counsel prospective students and working professionals on AI degree programs and career pathways
Understand learner goals and recommend the most suitable program through consultative selling
Manage the complete admission lifecycle—from lead qualification and counseling to application Engage with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings to maximize conversions
Build strong relationships with prospective learners and provide an exceptional admission Consistently achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
Collaborate with the marketing, admissions, and student success teams to improve lead conversion and learner experience




Stay updated on AI industry trends, program offerings, and competitor landscape to effectively position Saras AI Institute

What We're Looking For;
4–6 years of experience in EdTech sales, admissions counseling, or education consulting
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding enrollment/sales targets
Solid consultative selling, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using CRM platforms and virtual communication tools
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
Passion for education and helping learners build successful careers in AI
