Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai

Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations independently.
Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime/ERP.
Manage sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
Generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other accounting documents.
Prepare GST workings and coordinate for GST return filing.
Assist in TDS calculations, statutory compliance, and audits.
Prepare MIS reports and support monthly and yearly closing activities.
Monitor receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations.

Requirements:
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
2–5 years of experience in accounting.
Solid knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation,



and accounting principles.
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in a manufacturing or textile industry will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of inventory accounting and ERP systems.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: As per company standards Industry: Textile / Garment / Fabric

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
