Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate should have robust organizational skills and a valuable understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping
Maintain and update accounts payable and accounts receivable records
Prepare and maintain payment bills, supporting documents, and vouchers
Assist in bank reconciliation and ensure proper ledger management
Verify financial data for accuracy and completeness
Ensure timely updating of all accounting entries in the system
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations




OTP must be shared in accordance with department requirements

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Tally
1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance

Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
