Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and generate accurate MIS reports for business decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesMIS Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update business databases and records.
Analyze sales, expenses, inventory, and operational data.
Generate reports using MS Excel, ERP software, or accounting tools.
Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Coordinate with departments to collect and validate data.

Accounts Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Maintain purchase, sales, bank, and journal entries.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Assist in GST, TDS,



and other statutory compliance.
Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS and accounting functions.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, MIS Reporting).
Knowledge of Tally, Busy, ERP, or other accounting software.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
