Associate Analyst -NPS Summary Performs analytical and operational services that enable the team to function efficiently.

Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) Key performance indicators: Compliance with requirements -Required tasks done according to their priority, set deadlines and in positive quality.

Minimum Requirements: Work Experience: Market and customer intelligence. Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
