Role & responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Promote and cross-sell banking products such as loans, insurance, fixed deposits, and credit cards.
Generate leads through customer referrals, field visits, and local market activities.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
Ensure completion of KYC documentation and account opening formalities.
Resolve customer queries and provide prompt service.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update banking systems.
Coordinate with branch operations to ensure seamless customer service.
Educate customers on digital banking services, including Internet Banking,



Mobile Banking, UPI, and Debit Cards.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and the bank's internal policies.
Prepare daily activity reports and maintain sales pipelines.
Participate in branch marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Support the Branch Manager in achieving overall branch business goals.
