Job Summary The Assistant Professor – Finance is responsible for delivering quality teaching, conducting research, mentoring students, and supporting academic and institutional activities while contributing to the academic excellence of the School.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate Finance courses.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments.
Conduct research and publish in reputed journals.
Guide student projects, internships, and academic activities.
Mentor students on academics and career development.
Contribute to curriculum development and Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
Build industry collaborations through guest lectures, workshops, and live projects.
Participate in accreditation, admissions, examinations, and departmental committees.
Organize seminars, conferences, and faculty development programmes.

Qualifications
Ph.D. in Finance or a related Management discipline.
MBA (Finance)



/ M.Com or equivalent Master's degree with First Class.
Relevant teaching, research, or industry experience preferred.
