Qualification:
M.Sc. Nursing (Medical Surgical Nursing) from a recognized institution.
Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (RN & RM) with a valid State Nursing Council registration.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized College of Nursing.
Solid knowledge of Medical Surgical Nursing.
Excellent teaching and communication skills.
Clinical supervision and mentoring ability.
Valuable organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and healthcare professionals.
