We are looking for a proactive Application Support Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have solid troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with APIs, databases, infrastructure, and production support, along with excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Required Skills
Valuable understanding of REST APIs and API troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, etc.).
Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Basic understanding of on-premises infrastructure, AWS Cloud, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL).
Experience with Jira, Confluence,



and production support tools.
Strong SQL and log analysis skills.
Excellent documentation, RCA preparation, and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Positive to Have
Knowledge of Python scripting, AI/ML concepts, and automation.
Exposure to monitoring tools such as Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
Basic understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience in BFSI, FinTech, or enterprise application support.
3 to 5 years of experience.
