Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality Control to lead quality assurance and quality control activities for our plastic packaging manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems, customer complaint handling, audits, process improvement, and team management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Plastic Engineering, Chemistry, or Engineering.
6–8 years of Quality Control experience in Plastic Packaging (Versatile or Rigid Packaging).
Experience in leading a team of 5–10 quality professionals.
Strong knowledge of ISO, GMP, 7 QC Tools, RCA, CAPA, and process improvement techniques.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience: 6–8 Years

Industry Preference: Plastic Packaging, Flexible Packaging, Rigid Packaging, Polymer Manufacturing, Packaging Films

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of polymers and flexible packaging materials.
Hands-on experience with physical and mechanical testing methods.
Solid analytical, leadership,



communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, customer specifications, and quality standards.
Lead Incoming, In-process, and Finished Goods Quality Inspection activities.
Handle customer complaints, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement CAPA.
Prepare and review COA, quality reports, inspection records, and MIS.
Support Internal, Customer, and Certification Audits.
Drive 5S, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Culture initiatives.
Monitor product quality, process variation, and rejection trends.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
Coordinate supplier quality approvals and incoming material inspection.
Maintain testing records, DQRs, traceability, and quality documentation.
Lead and mentor a team of QC Engineers, Inspectors, and Technicians.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
