We are seeking an experienced individual to independently manage the financial operations of the fleet function. The role involves budgeting, cost analysis, MIS reporting, financial controls, and driving cost optimization initiatives while leading a small team to ensure operational efficiency.

Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end financial activities related to fleet operations.
Prepare and monitor budgets, cost analyses, variance reports, and MIS dashboards.
Track fleet operating costs and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, and timely financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and support audits.
Be an active part of process automation

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Accounting,



Budgeting, MIS, and Financial Analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
Experience in fleet, logistics, or transportation cost management will be preferred.

Self-driven qualified with solid financial control and cost optimization capabilities.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced operational environment.
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
