To assist the Branch Manager in achieving business targets, ensuring smooth branch operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Support the Branch Manager in achieving business targets for Gold Loans, Deposits/Investments, Business Loans, and other financial products.
Generate current business through customer acquisition and relationship management.
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
Supervise daily branch operations and support branch staff.
Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies.
Monitor cash handling, branch security, and operational controls.
Assist in loan processing, documentation, and disbursement activities.
Follow up on overdue accounts and support collection efforts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business and operational reports.
Act as Branch Manager during their absence and ensure uninterrupted branch functioning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
