Position- Area Sales Manager – GTLocation – Mumbai KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Achieve Primary, Secondary Sales and distribution targets.
Expand Distribution: Achieving Numeric & Weighted distribution targets and ensuringvisibility.
Team Management - Recruitment, retention and training for team.
Infrastructure building - Build and sustain a network of channel partners• Finances - Managing outstandings and collection for the concerned area.
Implementation, review and monitoring of sales systems - Field Assist and MISreporting etc.
Sales Forecasting - Minimising the variances between forecast and actuals.
Execution of BTL activations, sampling activations in the region.
Overseeing the zone operations related to stock, claims, manpower, infrastructure.
Minimum Qualifications - Preferably MBAOverall experience - 8 to 15 years Relevant experience – 8 to10 years in GT sales Preferred Companies - FMCG, OTC, Telecom
