We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Physical Education Instructor to join our institute in Kota, Rajasthan. The candidate will be responsible for promoting physical fitness, sports participation, discipline, teamwork, and overall wellness among students.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of physical education and sports, practical experience in coaching students, and the ability to develop and manage sports and fitness activities at the college level.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct physical education classes, fitness sessions, and sports activities for college students.
- Teach students fundamental and advanced concepts of physical education, fitness, health, and sports.
- Train and coach students in various indoor and outdoor sports according to their interests and abilities.
- Develop structured sports training programs, fitness routines, and exercise schedules for students.
- Identify and encourage talented students to participate in inter-college, university, state, and other sports competitions.
- Organize and coordinate annual sports events, athletic meets, tournaments, competitions, and recreational activities.
- Maintain and promote a safe, disciplined, and positive sports environment on campus.
- Guide students on fitness, nutrition, sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Monitor students' physical fitness and sports performance and provide appropriate guidance for improvement.
- Maintain proper records of sports participation, student performance, fitness activities, competitions, and achievements.
- Manage and maintain sports equipment, playgrounds, gymnasium facilities, and other physical education resources.
- Ensure proper utilization, safety, and maintenance of sports infrastructure and equipment.
- Encourage maximum student participation in sports and physical activities.




- Coordinate with college management and faculty members for sports-related planning and student development programs.
- Mentor students and provide individual guidance to help them improve their sporting skills and overall physical development.
- Assist the institute in developing and strengthening its sports culture and physical education programs.
- Perform other academic and sports-related responsibilities assigned by the institute management.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- M.P.Ed. (Master of Physical Education) from a recognized university.
- UGC NET / SET qualified OR Ph.D. in Physical Education / relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant teaching/coaching experience, preferably in a college or higher education institution.
- Strong practical knowledge of multiple sports and physical fitness activities.
- Valuable communication, leadership, coaching, and student-management skills.
- Ability to motivate students and create an active and positive sports environment.
- Candidates with experience in organizing college/university-level sports events and competitions will be preferred.
