Hiring : Physical Education Coordinator – Football Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Physical Education Coordinator with strong expertise in Football/Soccer to lead and develop our school’s PE and sports programme.

Key Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education

· Master’s Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Sports Coaching or related field.

· Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in an international school or a reputed CBSE/IB Cambridge School.

· Strong knowledge of sports, fitness, health education and event management.

· Ability to organise inter-school competitions, annual sports meets and extracurricular activities.

· Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to maintain sports equipment, ensure student safety and promote physical fitness.

· Strong football background with national and/or international-level playing experience

· Proven experience in football coaching and student development

· Experience training/coaching students who have participated at state, national and/or international levels.

· Ability to identify and nurture young sporting talent.

· Experience preparing school teams for inter-school, state, national and international competitions.

· Strong knowledge of football technical, tactical and physical development.

· Excellent communication,



leadership and team-management skills.

· Experience in an international school or similar educational environment is preferred.

· Relevant football coaching certifications such as AFC/UEFA/FIFA or equivalent will be an advantage.

· Preference will be given to candidates with coaching certifications and experience in CBSE/ICSE/State Board Schools.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the school’s sports programme, coach and develop student-athletes, coordinate PD and sports activities, sports day, sports meet, annual day programmes, National Days, manage school teams and competitions, and create pathways for talented students to progress to higher levels of competition.

· Supervise PE teachers and coaches.

· Maintain sports facilities and equipment.

· Encourage students’ participation in sports and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Ideal Candidate

Must have coordinator experience, high level football player/coach who is passionate about developing young athletes, building competitive teams and promoting excellence in sport within a diverse international school workplace.
