Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Photographer to produce high-quality visual content for our organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in photography, videography, video editing, and creating engaging content for social media and promotional purposes.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of events, programs, activities, staff, and organizational initiatives.
- Plan and execute creative photo and video shoots.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Edit and retouch photographs while maintaining a skilled and natural appearance.
- Create promotional videos, event highlights, testimonials, interviews, and short-form social media content.
- Handle cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, stabilizers, and other production equipment.
- Coordinate with the Media, Marketing, and Management teams regarding content requirements.
- Organize and maintain photo and video files for future use.
- Ensure all content follows the organization's branding and quality standards.
- Cover organizational events, workshops, celebrations,



inaugurations, and other special programs.
- Stay updated with current photography, videography, editing, and social media content trends.
- Complete assigned photo and video projects within the required deadlines.

Required Skills
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Knowledge of photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to cover events and shoots when required.

Qualification & Experience
- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Photography, Videography, Media, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
- Previous professional experience in photography and videography is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
