About the Role

We’re looking for a Photographer & Videographer who can think creatively as well as execute technically.

You’ll work across brand shoots, campaigns, social content, events, products, people, and spaces. The role involves both photography and videography, from understanding the brief and developing references to planning the shoot, capturing the content, and ensuring the final output works for the brand and the platform it is intended for.

We’re looking for someone who brings ideas to a shoot rather than simply operating the camera.

What You’ll Do

- Shoot high-quality photography and video across people, products, spaces, events, campaigns, and social-first content
- Translate creative briefs, moodboards, and brand direction into strong visual output
- Contribute references, shot ideas, compositions, and creative approaches during pre-production
- Plan shoots including shot lists, equipment, lighting, locations, and other production requirements
- Work confidently with cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and other production equipment
- Direct people on set where required and work comfortably in fast-moving shoot environments
- Understand how content needs to be captured differently for Instagram, LinkedIn, websites,



campaigns, and other formats
- Collaborate closely with designers, social media managers, strategists, and the wider creative team
- Organise and manage footage and photography after shoots for a smooth post-production workflow
- Continuously improve your creative and technical skills and use AI and emerging tools where relevant

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of professional photography and videography experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, colour, and visual storytelling
- Technical proficiency with professional camera and lighting equipment
- Experience shooting across different environments and content formats
- Working knowledge of video and photo post-production workflows
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of branding and visual consistency
- Ability to manage multiple shoots, timelines, and deliverables
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A relevant qualification in photography, film, media, communication, or a related field is welcome but not essential if your portfolio and skilled experience demonstrate the required skills
