We are looking for a creative and strategic 'Photographer'.

Position as mentioned below

* No. of vacancy : 1

* Experience : 0 - 1 Year

* Required Qualifications:

- Shoot on-ground news, political events, rallies, press conferences, and field stories across West Bengal
- Deliver quick-turnaround, publish-ready images for breaking news cycles
- Capture portrait, candid, and event photography for features and interviews
- Edit and color-grade photos to match brand style guidelines
- Coordinate with reporters and social team to source visuals aligned with story angles
- Build and maintain an organized photo archive/asset library

Bonus points for:

- Experience with a news outlet or press photography
- Basic videography/reels shooting skills
- Familiarity with West Bengal's political and cultural landscape.

*Job Responsibilities:

- Strong portfolio showing news, event, or political/documentary photography
- Hands-on skill with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and editing tools (Lightroom/Photoshop)
- Ability to work on-field, on short notice, and under tight deadlines
- Strong sense of composition, lighting,



and storytelling through images
- Comfortable traveling across West Bengal for coverage

* Gross Salary: Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 14,000/- per month (Depending on work experience and present salary)
