Location: Philippines - Need Philipines residents only
Shift timings - US Shifts (9 PM to 6 AM Philippine Standard Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review subrogation demand packages to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Identify and highlight missing documents/data gaps required for recovery processing
- Validate and organize key documents
- Perform basic analysis
- Review and verify cost components in demand package
- Do a deep quality check of team members’ work
Requirements:
- Any Graduate passed from any stream
- 0–3 years of experience in Claims/Subrogation/Insurance operations
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent English communication skills
