Position: Pharma Warehouse Incharge

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in working as a Warehouse Incharge & Supply chain Management

Requirements:

Qualification : Graduate preferably with experience of working in Pharma warehouse.

Responsibilities:

· Manage warehouse staff and daily operations.

· Ensure accurate inventory management and control, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and reporting.

· Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of pharmaceutical products, adhering to temperature control guidelines and regulatory requirements.

· Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch operations to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines.

· Maintain a safe, secure, and clean warehouse workplace, complying with all safety regulations.

· Monitor and report stock levels, damages, and discrepancies.

· Implement warehouse management system (WMS) procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, and distribution) to ensure smooth operations and meet customer needs.

- Manages process of stocking shelves and maintenance of inventory.

· Reports stock shortages and product needs in a timely matter to the management – Inventory Distribution for processing of PO to vendor.





· Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

· Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and warehouse costs.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Other fulfilments:

· Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and other relevant computer applications and software for data/inventory management for warehouse and ability to learn and adapt to new software applications as needed.

· Proven experience in managing warehouse teams and driving operational efficiency.

- Ability to manage & direct staff in selection and packing of proper items and supplies, as necessary.
- Efficiency in maintaining purchase orders, ensuring that product is ordered in a timely manner and dispatched accordingly.
- Efficiency in Scheduling deliveries.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

· Graduate preferably from pharma background with experience of managing Warehouse operations.

Pay Scale:

Salary Negotiable, depending upon the experience & knowledge salary may vary from 3-5- 4 L.P.A

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
