Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pest Control Operator to manage pest control activities across the factory premises. The candidate will be responsible for identifying pest-related issues, carrying out preventive and corrective pest control treatments, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspection of factory premises for pest infestation.
- Carry out pest control treatments for insects, rodents, termites, flies, mosquitoes, and other pests.
- Prepare and apply pesticides, chemicals, traps, and other pest-control materials safely.
- Implement preventive pest-control measures as per the site schedule.
- Monitor pest activity and take corrective action when required.
- Maintain proper records of pest-control activities, chemical usage, inspection reports, and treatment schedules.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of pesticides and chemicals.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and EHS teams for pest-control requirements.




- Follow all applicable safety, hygiene, PPE, and environmental procedures.
- Identify potential pest entry points and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure the factory premises remain clean, hygienic, and pest-free.
- Report major pest-related issues to the concerned supervisor/management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma or relevant certification in Pest Control is preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in pest control operations.
- Practical knowledge of pest-control chemicals, equipment, and treatment methods.
- Knowledge of industrial/factory pest-control practices will be an advantage.
- Ability to safely handle pesticides and pest-control equipment.
- Positive observation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable working across different areas of a factory.
- Knowledge of basic safety and PPE requirements.
