Key Responsibilities

- Contact Customers And Explain Loan Products, Eligibility Criteria, And Documentation Requirements.
- Guide Customers through the Loan Application Process.
- Follow Up With Customers Regarding Pending Documents And Application Status.
- Resolve Customer Queries And Provide Timely Updates.
- Coordinate With Sales, Credit, And Operations Teams For Smooth Loan Processing.
- Maintain Accurate Customer Records And Interactions In CRM/Software Systems.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships And Deliver An Excellent Customer Experience.
- Handle Customer Concerns Professionally And Ensure Prompt Resolution.
- Achieve Daily Follow-Up Targets And Maintain High Customer Satisfaction Levels.

Required Skills

- Excellent Communication Skills In Hindi And English.




- Strong Customer Service And Relationship Management Abilities.
- Good Follow-Up, Coordination, And Interpersonal Skills.
- Basic Computer Knowledge Including MS Office, Email, And CRM Systems.
- Ability To Multitask And Work In A Target-Oriented Environment.
- Positive Attitude, Confidence, And Problem-Solving Mindset.
- Strong Listening And Convincing Skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Fresher To 3 Years Of Experience In Telecalling, Tele-Sales, Customer Service,
- Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Loan Processing, Or Customer Support.
- Experience In Handling Customer Interactions Over Phone Calls Is Preferred.
