About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated

Assitant to work directly with the Founder. This is not a traditional HR or Executive Assistant role. You will be responsible for driving execution, managing internal teams, coordinating projects, and ensuring the Founder’s vision is translated into results.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives.

- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.

- Ensure timely execution of projects and accountability across departments.

- Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and progress reviews.

- Build a high-performance, ownership-driven work culture.

- Resolve internal communication and operational challenges.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and action plans for the Founder.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.

- Be ready to travel across India for meetings, events, and business opportunities.

- Take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities and think like a management leader, not just an employee.

Eligibility

- we are looking for five year experience but we can add - Freshers with exceptional learning ability, leadership potential, and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

- Experience in Operations, Project Management, Founder Office, HR, Consulting, or Startup Ecosystems will be an added advantage.

- Must be ready to travel and work beyond conventional job responsibilities when required.
