We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in NeoLoad to join our growing team in Bangalore. If you have a passion for performance engineering and enjoy solving complex scalability challenges, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad.

- Perform load, stress, spike, and endurance testing.

- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.

- Work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to improve system performance.

- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor application performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

- 4-6 years of experience in performance testing.

- Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad.

- Valuable understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, APIs, and web services.





- Experience in scripting (JavaScript preferred within NeoLoad).

- Solid knowledge of performance testing concepts (load, stress, soak testing).

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP services.

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.

- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus).

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience with any APM tools is a plus.

Preferred

- Experience in distributed load testing.

- Exposure to monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc. ).

- Ability to work in Agile environments.
