About The Role We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns for our D2C ecommerce clients. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and budget allocation to creative testing and reporting — working closely with design and development teams to ensure alignment with each client's growth objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact campaigns, manage substantial ad spends, and develop your expertise in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and passionate about driving results through innovative advertising strategies.

Qualifications 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads, specifically within D2C or ecommerce sectors.

Proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands and achieving measurable conversions.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.

Working knowledge of Shopify or Shopify Plus platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Bonus: Experience working with luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns aimed at increasing traffic and conversions for client accounts.





Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively across multiple campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Conduct continuous testing of ad copy, creative assets, audience targeting, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.

Handle at least 3L per month in ad spend, ensuring efficient budget utilization.

Design and refine campaign structures, including ABO, CBO, ASC, and retargeting strategies.

Monitor campaign data daily, making real-time adjustments to improve results and troubleshoot issues.

Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and identify new campaign opportunities.

Proactively identify and pitch new campaign ideas to foster client growth and retention.

Mentor junior media buyers through quality assurance, feedback, and daily guidance to build team capability.

Maintain consistent communication with clients through daily and weekly reporting, providing insights and recommendations.
