Role & Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and LinkedIn Ads.

- Own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting to achieve lead generation and pipeline goals.

- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

- Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding optimization, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

- Create dashboards and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale lead generation.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices across Google and LinkedIn advertising.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.





- Minimum 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.

- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

- Experience implementing conversion tracking and attribution.

- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of 20 lakh or more is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with B2B SaaS, technology, IT services, or enterprise products will be preferred.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
